No they don't.
I see them all the time in
summer at dusk. I live  in 
corn and cow country.
There a few species that are beautiful.
Like the Hilderbrant. Purple and blue

We are just behind Cal on
DEP restrictions.
Funny I was just chatting w/ a friend
about that my restaurant is macro-organic
and I support my community and its 
a hard living up here for dairy and crop farmers.
The margin is small
