Spent time this week trying to work on macros of really tiny things like these 1mm quartz crystals.Needs alot more work but at least it seems like I'm getting a little better.
Blue crystal clusters.

Photographing crystals is tricky a thing because they reflect light from a lot of different points, and them being so small doesn't make it any easier. So you did a great job, keep at it.

Thank you very much I appreciate the feed back. It's very difficult to get the lighting right without the shadow of the lens occluding the lower half. Light from overhead creates more reflected lights it seems. Occasionally though it does come together.
