Description
This is the northern most part of Lake Pleasant and where the water goes during the spring from snow melts up north. The trees/bushes aren't really the type to survive being submerged for long periods of time. Though it doesn't mean they are dead as they sort of go dormant and after the area drys up some more they start waking up and growing again.
This shot is looking south towards Lake Pleasant which is also my destination on this day

It has been a rather mild summer here though most folks who never leave the city or the heat island that surrounds it wouldn't agree. So yes the weather was more closer to spring or fall like I suppose. In this part of arizona we get all green during the winter and brown during the summer
