Pshaw it's Winry. Again, I really like designing stuff with her on it because she's like one of my only favourite charaters who ISN'T EMO =O Yeah this is like a rainbow of fun and crap like that. I did this at 's house and she's mad at me for making sweet ass butterflies, cause she can't XD hahaFMA is copyright it's owners.

But, the thing is it doesn't look like the same rainbow each time. I donno, this one looks a lot more pink-ish purple. But I'm not complaining, I love the rainbow effect!
