Urbosa and Zelda - Mipha and Link
Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a magnificent game, so it was time I did some fanart.
These two pieces will also be the official launch of my art-tumblr/portfolio site and my new facebook page . Go give those a follow and a like
What will also release soon is my bachelor comic. I will be posting two pages per week, as soon as I have everything figured out (translation and possible collaborations with sites like Hiveworks). By the way, as my holidays have more or less started, I will also be able to work on The Adventures of Calvin 'Fire' Red again.

Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is een fantastische game, dus het was tijd dat ik eens wat fanart deed.

Wat er binnenkort ook uitkomt is mijn Bachelor strip. Ik zal twee pagina's per week posten, zodra ik alles geregeld heb (de vertaling en mogelijke samenwerkingen met sites zoals Hiveworks). Trouwens, nu mijn vakantie min of meer begonnen is kan ik ook terug beginnen werken aan The Adventures of Calvin 'Fire' Red.

Same here. I want to see Zelda wearing a version of Urbosa's outfit, minus the skirt. I ship these two hardcore, they should get married.

Urbosa is my fave. It makes me sad that I haven't seen all that much of her yet. But I haven't collected all of the memories or finished the champions DLC so I suppose I have a ways to go still.
Fantastic art. It's good to see people are daring enough to give her the proper Gerudo nose she so dearly has and deserves. Nice job :3

I mean the nose is one of the most fun parts about drawing Gerudo's
I'd definitely recommend to look for Urbosa's part of the DLC. It's not a lot, but it is pretty good! Turns out she was Zelda's mom's best friend (no spoilers by the way, the cutscene is about something else entirely). For me that means romantically shipping her with Zelda is a bit weird now, since she's like an aunt to Zelda... But this picture can work with that in mind too I think. Though I should probably change the title haha

I got that notion from her diary and even then it only registered after I started shipping them and I was like "Well, I like both dynamics. Am I weird now?"
I guess it's a little bit subjective, considering they're not really related, considering Urbosa's a friend of the family. However, the way they interact in-game is still there. This might not be the same thing, but in my opinion if people can have their ships with Link and a shark (Sidon, not Mipha like I'd expect sadly) or a bird, then we can probably have a ship with a slightly unconventional dynamic.

The fact that kids like to do something has never stopped me from liking that thing as well.
And I know they're probably not canonically gay, that's why I made the fanart.
