Yes Andraste is a Wonder Woman character, in the comics she goes by the name Artemis. She even had the title Wonder Woman at one point. It didn't make sense to have three women going by the name in E-27, the Greek Goddess of the Hunt, the aforementioned Amazon, and Artemis Crock. Plus her full name and look feels more Northern European, specifically Irish, Mediterranean

Earth-27's version of Artemis of the Bana-Mighdall tribe of Amazons. probably since the Young Justice Artemis was more well known and popular, Roy gave this one a new name
