This is 2017, dude. A lot of these words are gender neutral nowadays and the use of "master" as a term to denote expertise has been applied to both genders for years. We give Master's degrees, not "Mistress' Degrees" afterall.

neat idea! I've never really been a huge fan of the name judomaster for the character, if i'm honest? she's clearly into a lot more martial-arts wise than judo... your visual reference is clearly to kung-fu. don't you think this is a character that deserves a better name?

Yes, she uses more Martial Arts than Judo. Judo is what she was originally trained in. While she does have a look based off of Kato, implying a Kung Fu connection, she is sporting kunai which are a Japanese weapon to reflect her nationality and the country of origin for Judo. As to her "name", I'm mostly using Judomaster as a 'title'. She doesn't really refer to herself by that name.

we're seeing a lot of that in a modern comics characters, in the movies especially, and it works pretty well. no one ever addresses wonder woman as such in the movie... but that kind of allows us to slide into the narrative a little cleaner.
since Judomaster seems like she's going to be a government operative at some point in her career, I suppose you could say it's a callsign, right?
