The Old Towers at Withernsea, East Coast where I grew up. A century ago there used to be a pier here. Before the rocks were dumped as sea defences we used to play "chicken" running from one set of steps on the side of the towers to the other side, at hight tide. The one who got wet lost......funny how innocent and oblivious we are to danger when young. If youre wondering how high the tide can get.....the rocks are now there for a reason.Please select "Request Print" to order prints.

The power that the tower irradiates is strong, and the image of the
