I used Photoshop Cs2
As for the camera I've no idea, It was a stock image from sxc.hu. Sorry :/
This image is pretty old now too, I did it around 07-08 back when i was still fairly new to Photoshop.

It's a Photo manipulation, meaning its a photograph thats been changed/manipulated
in photoshop. Hope that answers your question
