I made this for my sisters birthday party. It was fancy dress and she was dressed as a lion so I thought I'd do a cake to match.Actually, it turned out looking more like a bear or a dog or something, but it's hard to make a lions mane out of chocolate!

It's just a normal chocolate sponge cake, and mini sponge cakes for the ears and cheeks. The white stuff is melted white chocolate and the mane is Cadbury's flakes.
I thought I might do a more detailed guide of how to make it on my blog or something, but not sure when I'll get round to doing that.
