the window bars...echoed in ribs/muscular cording/veins made more visible by your choice to push the contrast curves. The same argument with respect to self discipline/internalization of the gaze continued by being fully shaven. Could choose to read a lot into it...also a lovely shot for her to keep 20-30 years from now to reflect on this moment in her life...both the beauty and the pain/effort discipline required to maintain that form. The point elongates the leg (aesthetically required for idealized female form) but the point is hidden...you see the benefit without the cost. The comment below with respect to ballerina is interesting...often that discipline damages feet/toes. In this shot they are obscured.

I have a body just like this, and I hate being told how thin I am or that this kind of image promotes unhealthy lifestyle etc. Running, rowing machine, climbing machine, weight training, and eating a LOT of healthy calories. Look at Olympic athletes for the long distance events, they are just like this, how is looking like an Olympic champion promoting an unhealthy lifestyle?
Rant over... Just so tired of having to buy children's clothes and told to "eat something" when I eat more calories than them.

I know you say that she's perfectly healthy and her emaciated like appearance is the result of intense training and I can kind of respect that, but it still feels a bit like promoting an appearance that most people can only achieve through eating disordersΒ
