Description Ok, I guess I better put something up here to show you guys that I haven't died or anything. I wanted to do this piece because I don't have much practice drawing the female figure. *Gasp* I know, I know, it's not Spawn, please forgive me. I am still planning on inking that sketch I did as well as this, but having a job does complicate things, so no promises on when those will get done. Enjoy!

the face is a little flat-toned. her face looks kinda...stuck on her.

but the rest of it is PHENOMENAL XD

so before inking, see if on a separate piece of paper you can't work out the kinks in the face, then redraw it on her and then ink it.

but i must say it's more patience than i would have had to draw that XD the detail work is stunning! very realistic and shaded nicely

thanks. I had a few days last week where I was in school wide testing, and I was a little too bored. The detail work didn't actually take all that long once I had the rough sketch done. Like the hair only took 15 minutes. Just gotta let the pencil flow I guess. Yeah, about the face check out what I told Stardustdragon, cause it was rather long, and I just typed it

I now what you mean, I'm in the midst of a big project now that's slowly being done because I must confess I'm a bit itidmated about because it's really big in comparison to other work I've done in the past, so I can sympothese with you on this.

You have a job? Which one is that?

It's pretty well copied (Sorry, But I've seen this on the cover of Wizard Magazine, I know it's not original),
but the face doesn't look quite and 3-D and the rest of her ,I'm not sure particularly why though...

Yes, note under my sig where it says "After Silvestri"
Yeah, I got a job a few days after my birthday, apperently I've been so busy that not everyone knows yet. Bryson didn't even know until like a week later. I'm doing IT stuff over at Foodland where Farmer Jack used to be, as well as.... well pretty much anything else they can think of to keep me busy.
The fase is simplistic comared to the rest of the image, but that's just the way it is inked I guess, the color added the depth to the original. So unless I want to screw up my crosshatching, which I'm not so good at yet, and ruin it, I think I'll probably just leave it alone for now. Maybe if I could add some lines around the cheeks or something to pull them out a little..... hm. Well, happy spring break!
