Just my beloved OC Rook! XDDesign tasked in SCIV
Remember this is NOT the complete design to be released
As you can so see her weapon is still unfinished the chain is shitty lazy done and the giant shuriken is still missing
, and her posing is not yet decided this is not her main posing this is just a temporary design and there was a very quick and crappy coloring in here if you look very closelyYesh my tablet is now dead.....forever dead and
still coloring with.....le mouse... OTL

Great original character you have here. The coloring looks great to me. The colors purple, yellow, and brown, shares to me a character that's very strong in determination, value's someone or something, and is pretty much down to earth. I get this from the color scheme. Purple is like a dominating strong color, yellow is cheery or even golden, like something that shines, and brown being well, earth like. She strikes me as a chain and sickle wielding fighter. But in SC4, perhaps Soul of Taki would likely be her choice fighting style. ^^
Her expression strikes me as a reserved character, that let's her actions speak for her. Her purple eyes is of that of a dominant character, or a character that is in control of her discipline. She chooses her battles wisely, knowing when to attack directly, or indirectly as she choose. Well, that's my interpretation.
I have a gift of interpretation in which I can read art like a stop sign. XD I enjoy taking time to study art and being able to interpret what the pic may represent. Hence, art is indeed a form of visual communication. Well, hope you enjoyed the read. ^^
I enjoy the challenge of reading into art works, and being able to share thoughtful feedback to artists. I'm also inspired by your art work. I'm currently working on a comic adaptation to my soul calibur fanfic. Literature, isn't the most popular thing here on DA, so I figured, I draw it out as well.
Great art work, nicely done. Oh and if you're into visual story illustration, I wrote a journal post recommending an art book worth checking out. It inspired me, and I thought I would share this info as a recommendation for you guys to be inspired too.

just to add also (yeah since its SC4 i have to use soul of taki...i miss the weaponry in sc3...and SC5 NOOOOO!! i dont want to use Natsu! its tooo girly! DX but me haz no choice)the giant shuriken is also missing in here cuz this is still an incomplete design <:I...ive combined Kunai, the chain in the sickle, and the giant shuriken (from katana and shuriken)...her negative attitude is being tomboyish, lazy (lazy talker also) and also her mind sometimes flies away....hahahah!XD
