As much as I agree that Phineas is oblivious, I honestly think that Isabella is the one at fault here. I mean, they are 10 years old, for crying out loud. What does she expect? Dating? Kissing? They're way too young for that.

Love is complicated. It does not come by asking. It is not like those sappy teen shows. It's not "He doesn't notice me!" or "He won't ask me out!" That's selfish. Love is supposed to be selfless. Sure, we all feel that way sometimes. It's part of human nature. But it should not be your focus when it comes to loving someone, the way they portray it in movies. No, love is not a feeling of being attracted to someone. Love is being willing to help a person out when you can. That should be your focus. To protect them. Cherish them. Make them happy. Love them.

That being said, I think that Phineas understands love more then Isabella does. Sure, not romantic love, (because like I said, they're only 10.) but love nonetheless. Take a look at all of the things he does in order to make his friends and family happy. "Hail Doofania," "Candace Loses her Head," "Mom's Birthday," "That Sinking Feeling," "The Curse of Candace," "My Fair Goalie," "Oh, There you are, Perry..." and so many more. Why does he do all these things? Because he cares about these people. He loves them.

Isabella just doesn't realize how good she's got it! She gets to spend every day of her summer with him. He cares about her. Sometimes he even cancels his plans so that he can help her out. And despite all this, she still gets upset when he doesn't do what she expects of him (at the age of 10). Take "Summer Belongs to You," for example. They were stuck on a deserted island, with no hope of rescue, Phineas is having a freaking mental breakdown right before her eyes, and what is she thinking about? "He didn't notice me when we were in Paris. "

Well, excuse him for trying to get you home, Isabella. She redeemed herself at the end, and I'm glad she did (otherwise I would have had an extreme disliking toward this girl.), but I really wanted to slap her in the face during that scene.

Don't get me wrong. I love Phinbella. I really do. It's just that sometimes, she gets so darn petty about it. I really hope she wakes up one day, or else she's just setting herself up for major heartbreak without cause.

Sorry about my ranting. I just had to get that out.

Anyway, I like the art. It's very well drawn. Good job.
