i was good at drawing in highschool i even took requests i drew konata from lucky star and even disgaea characters ya know everything from Anime to Zebra but 3 years later today my hands suck so im trying to get back into it my hands are always shacking like they got no muscle lol im just trying to think of ways how to better myself like how does everyone else draw i use a mouse on Gimp or Photoshop i dont own a scanner or touchpad&pen thing... got any tips

well .. wen it comes to digital i have no clue since i'm more of a traditional art kinda gal .. but if ya want i'll give ya some tips on paper-pen sketches ..

first of ... wen yer outlinin .. it's better to use a thin pen and then thicken the lines after u've erased the pencil marks ^^ i thicken the lines unevenly C: like ---> [link]
While colouring with sketches , i give light base colours first and then i colour in the shadows with a darker shade like ----> [link]
whereas , colour pencils .. i shade using the dark colours first and then i colour in the light colour that is required .. sorta like what's done in my icon C:
