Ryuko Matoi from Kill la Kill.I know there's banding but I don't know how to fix it other than removing the gradients.
I can upload the one without gradients if anyone wants.

In Photoshop go to Image -> Mode -> change from 8Bits/Channel to 16Bits/Channel. That helps a lot with banding in gradients.

Nice! You could try adding a noise filter to the gradient layer to reduce banding, it can really help sometimes.
