for all the seasons in the sun, happy Thanksgiving, everyone.

I've been posting for the past 3 months. It was a bit intimidating at first, but I've braved self-criticism, learned and changed so much. I appreciate all the features, comments, and faves from my friends here on DA. It takes time, and I'm thrilled/honored that you've included me.

I suppose this is my first journal. While I'm at it, a big hug for the occasion. We don't really eat turkey as did the first decade in US. No California sprouts nor tofus for this feast either. We're bringing steak florentina and truffle potatoes to the family table. Brunello anyone? And apple pie, it's a recipe given by the wife of the former US ambassador to Vietnam. So there's a bit of tradition.

For my non-US friends, we get a 4 day weekend, take that! Maybe I'll take more photos and share.
