the arms length is an easy fix if you dont mind taking the time to do it. Just narrow the arm where it begins to widen for the wrist. The flaw of the line will give it a more lengthy look, and thus correct the only minor flaw of the picture. As for shading, it's incredible. The depth of the light is captured perfectly. And the hair is incredible. The movement and texture is uncanny.
This is a huge inspiriation, and now I'm second guessing the limit of my own potential. Maybe I haven't hit it yet. Maybe I am capable of something like this... I dont work with references, but I'm thinking I might need to try now.

I have a copy of the photograph that you used for reference (that or you have some sort of nexus with the photographer...in which case, I want to know what else you have seen of Angelina ^__^;; ). If I printed both your drawing and the photograph and put them next to each other, I don't think I would be able to differentiate between the two of them. My drawing skills have regressed because I went on an 8 year hiatus, during which I didn't draw at all. However, I wasn't able to draw people this well when I was at my best. HOW DO YOU DO IT? o.O You rock!!!
