“Okay sweetie,” you told your daughter, Zoey, while raising your hands upwards and to the side. “Always keep your hands up like this. Got it?”
“Got it,” she nodded enthusiastically, the leaf headband in her hair shaking slightly.
You grinned at your daughter, admiring how adorable she looked in her grass skirt and red tank top.
The music that was playing in the background was very festive with a sweet melody. You moved your hips slowly to the beat, your daughter following suit. The reason why you were hula dancing was simply because your daughter really wanted to do it after she saw the movie Lilo and Stitch. She had become obsessed with the movie and even went as far as making herself her own Scrump doll. Speaking of the doll, it was now sitting on the couch with its stitched in smile, watching the two of you dance.
You were wearing a similar outfit to Zoey except that you were wearing a red crop top that exposed your stomach. The two of you were giggling with another, enjoying the peaceful music. Then Tony had just come back to work and raised a quizzical eyebrow at the two of you.
“What’s going on here?” he asked confused but with a small smile on his lips.
“Hula dancing darling,” you said while doing a small twirl. “Wanna join us?”
"Yeah daddy!" Zoey beamed. "Join us!"
"I don't know if my hips will look that good in a skirt," Tony joked.
He walked over towards you and wrapped his arms around your waist. He began to kiss along your neck lightly while Zoey scrunched up her nose in disgust like eight year olds do when they see their parents kiss.
"Get a room you two!" she huffed.
"Maybe we will," Tony chuckled, you being the only person who heard his comment.
You jabbed his side lightly with your elbow and spun out of his embrace to continue hula dancing with your daughter. Tony eventually joined you two after you did your best puppy dog eyes with your daughter. Zoey giggled at the sight of her father dancing in his suit while you were just happy that your husband was finally home.
Everyone was having a fun time, laughter all around. Then something strange happened next. A bright, blue light burst from the next room which was actually Tony’s lab. He looked at you confused and only did the Tower started shaking did he begin to panic.
“(Name), honey, what did you do?” he asked.
Before you could answer, a little blue furball came rolling out of the room. He came to a stop by Zoey whose eyes widened upon seeing the blue alien creature. His ears sprang upwards like a bunny’s, a toothy grin on his lips.
“Hi,” he said with a small wave.
“Oh my God!” Zoey gasped, running to the creature and hugging him tight.
Tony scrambled away from the creature and jumped to hide behind you. He peaked from over your shoulder at the blue creature, known as Stitch, who was now hula dancing with your daughter.
“What is that thing?!” Tony gasped.
“Stitch,” you shrugged. “Remember? From Lilo and Stitch the movie?”
“How did you make it?!”
“Science,” you wiggled your fingers in the air. “Now shut up and hula dance with me.”
