Her backstory is a bit more fleshed-out than her canon self's. She was born in Empire City and dropped out of high school because of her jewel heists. She was tracked by G.U.N. and was trained by them to become a spy. Since then, he has been balancing her work as a spy with her heists.
Her personality is the same too: smart, sassy, flirtatious, and extroverted as well as an enigma. Despite this, she is able to get close to people and form great friendships.
As for relationships, she's closest with her teammates Alzayla and Shade. She and Shade got off on the wrong foot at first because of their opposite personalities, but they moved past their differences and are now super close friends. She and Knuckles have a very interesting rivalry, but Knuxouge will happen.

Now, Shade.
I know what you're thinking. No E-123 Omega?! He got destroyed beyond repair after the events of Jet Chronicles: the Dark Brotherhood. Her powers are the same too.
Her backstory is the same as in the canon (Nocturnus Clan, Twilight Cage, yada yada yada). Only this time, she's a mainstay in this AU.
She also has pretty much the same personality: tough, disciplined, an expert strategist, and enigmatic, but she has some other unique traits. She's very into fashion and is very stylish. She designed the outfit she wears herself and she has an outfit for every occasion (she could keep wearing her mech suit as it has a great arsenal, but the implications are unfortunate). She likes outfits that are sleek, tight, mostly black, and have cutouts.
As for relationships, they're the same as in the canon except her friendship with Alzayla, Rouge, Knuckles, and Jet, who she considers her closest friend. She and Rouge also got off the wrong foot at first, but they're good friends now. She and Blaze are also friendly.
