Description Sarah's plan worked perfectly! Her left hook crashed into the Canadian's jaw snapping head hard to the left. Terrie learned her first major lesson in strategy, boxing isn't just a game of who can throw the hardest punch but who can control their opponent's mind. 

As Terrie's senses tried to recover from the impact she recalled what Sarah first said to her. "Don't let your opponent get in your head." "Shit..." she thought "Sarah's already in there." Fear briefly took over and delayed her response to what happened next.

I'm going to guess Sarah was holding back some, the pro vs amateur dynamic and its a 'friendly' spar, but I think Sarah is about to give her just a taste of what her fists can do.  Terrie is hanging in and showing why she's a tough out in any kind of fight.  Great work!

Terrie's a fighter for sure and she's inadvertently bringing Sarah back to boxing... probably a good sign of Terrie's abilities even though she might not want to see that way.

Terrie fire and toughness have helped her do much better than a novice should be able to, but Sarah's experience seems to be taking its toll.

Sarah's the "been there done that" girl in the gym when it comes to boxing. If Terrie does nothing else, she at least is good enough to remind Sarah what boxing competition was to her.

Sarah is getting serious now!  I love Terrie's heart, even if this is just 'practice,' but Sarah is the real deal!  She's the Queen of Knockouts.

Terrie does have heart but as you said Sarah's the real deal and now she thinks she found an opponent to cut loose on.
