I actually did not like FFX-2 at all, but that's besides the point.
If you look at my OC's profile, you'll find that there are many interpretations of her hair. Most artists stuck her hair straight up - which is fine by me, and those were the references phoenix got... and she did a *beautiful* job with my OC. ♥

... Not that I'm choosing to attack your comment but I've seen a lot of comments that refer to Paine who wasn't even in my mind when I designed Shen. *shrugs*

I'm not saying you consciously copied the hair - its style or colour. But you can't blame people for pointing it out. Coincidentally or not it's almost identical (even in the other picture it looks very similar to me) to a character you had prior knowledge of. *shrugs* Doesn't matter to me. Just saying.
