I like this...and now (as trained by the oh-so-diligent professors of my art classes) I will have to explain why:
* personally (not artistically) that's how I feel at night time. It captures the moment.
* artistically, I like how the "style" - like the strokes, and the fact that you didn't hide the lines - reminds me of how a child might draw a picture. Not insulting! But simple, and the message conveyed being the importance of it, not realism. But it still *feels* real, in the emotional sense, and how I remember moonlight off the ground, etc.

I really love this picture, very.. emotional, the seperation between the wishful child and the unhearthly but strangley human moon that it loves. That decides it then, camping out in the valley this weekend
