This has a really neat look to it. I love how it sort of fades out of focus as your eye moves downward. Also love how close you got and that the center of the flower fills the image so well! Had I not seen so many flowers in your gallery, I probably would have had to think a moment to realize what it was and I think that's a pretty great thing.

Such a striking photo. I have an S2 IS and still use it from time to time to capture colour (the main reason I bought the camera in the first place). Your photo has inspired me to use the camera more to capture detail too.

The S2 IS served me well, but it had a very short life.... only 2 years after purchase, the light capturing sensor burnt out and all the photos were black (including the viewing on the LCD).
