Reminds me of that movie,The Fog.Awesome eerie atmosphere with silhouetted tree branches against the mist,a kind of haunting quiet.The hazy lighting of the car lights is cool.How fast I guess would depend on how the far you can see ahead and how well you knew the road.Incredible!

Good photo, I love the shape of the trees, the road and specially the "slow" in it fit great,the light from the car goes great with the fog.
- But: I think more contrast can make it even better, and if you would make the blacks & whites more stronger it can improve it.
of course - its only an opinion.^^
