It really really reminds me of opening my eyes underwater. It's very calming.
I'm not fond of the pixelized bits on the bottom, it doesn't seem to go with the rest of the flow of it.

Nice colors, but i think you can do more with the piece as a whole, like include the stuff on the bottom in other parts of the piece.

For some strage reason it reminds me of the game Katamari Damacy.
But more so like a view of the earth from high up.Multiple views in art is always a good thing for me.
