i love the use of lighting and the depth of field here. making the woman seem like a mysterious figure. the sun provided a nice sidelighting, adding more depth to the subjects in the frame, and putting emphasis on the lady which is the main subject here, and the other person on the background, blurred gives it some kind of mystery and relation to the lady. kind of like a movie capture. well done on the feature mate. i added this to my new journal update as well.

no problem at all mate. the thing is, we take photographs and it's so easy to not
really see the finer details of what's inside the frame. it's usually the observer
that is keen to notice those little things.

Wow. The composition here is great, the leading of the eye along the curving road and the woman in the background accentuate the woman in the foreground. She is so lovely and thoughtful and reminiscent of 1940's. I can't get enough of her.

You are so welcome, I really enjoy your work. I don't believe I have found another artist on deviantart who does such emotive, compelling portraits. Actually, I know I haven't.
