No worries - sorry for the delay, we don't check this account that often.
If you click the 'download to desktop' icon, it will download a .zip file. You will need to unzip it - probably to your desktop is easiest. From there, go into the folders and you should see a file called lighting.htm. Double click that and it should open up in your browser. There's page navigation aids at the bottom of the screen.

Hiya, there are no dumb questions, especially when it's all jargon to begin with. (And I'm Canadian with a British mother, so we can talk English-English!) Strobe is another way to talk about studio flash "cool" lighting, the opposite of continuous "hot" lighting; and both are true statements in terms of physical heat and colour temperature of the light.
I can't think of what a UK-only term might be, but strobes/flashes made for studio use are usually 300-1500 watts of power, and you can fit them with ways to shape and direct the light such as brollys (umbrellas), soft-boxes, louvres, or barn doors (flaps). I think the biggest UK manufacturer is Bowens. [link]
