Well, this is what you get for requesting critiques on a photograph, a bunch of opinions. I'm actually writing this as a critique against the other critiques, not to discourage them since they are trying to help and offering some good advice, but simply as a dissenting opinion in relation to them.
I have a feeling that when you took this photo the lighting wasn't optimal and you probably used full auto settings, or your exposure was set to longer value than it needed to be to get a sharper picture, though it would've been darker... hence the blur on her hands which were moving. I actually like that effect in this instance.
The position of the hands is perfect and natural, not a stiff rendition designed to simply produce the photographers vision based on what the other critiques provided.
The nose breaking the line of the cheek, whatever.
The photo is good as is. Sure it could've been better if you'd nailed your settings and post edited, but I like it just the way it is.
The model is beautiful, so is the lighting. Congrats.

A beautiful and completely naked girl obviously walks around on the hotel bed, deep in thought. Beautifully captured and published for us now. She shows herself, in the dress she was born in, naked, only she has since developed into a beautiful swan. Her breasts are excellent shaped - and to my preferred size - and the body is wonderfully petite. The leg position effectively prevents the view in her step, which I find very positive. Critically I see her right hand, especially the index finger, which was probably photographed in sweeping movement and now looks a bit strange. Nevertheless, all in all, a wonderful work. Thanks for pointing here.

I follow the content you post with great interest. Neverthless, I think your words are more expressive than the actual photographic skills shown on the picture itself.
I can't deny the comments about the beauty of the model, but the critique seems not as objective as your usual work is.

First of all, this is a very beautiful photo. The lighting is exquisite and the arch of her back and tilt of her shoulders is very feminine. It's casually taken, so a formal critique seems a little unfair, but these comments might help you in the future.
The tip of her nose breaks the line of her cheek. In formal portraiture this is considered a fault. You get a more attractive effect to either see more of the far eye or have her face in profile.
She's not paying attention to her hands, and they detract. Personally, I'd retouch out her right hand. Tell the model to curve her wrist back a bit and curve her fingers. It'll look more graceful.
All that said, it's a lovely photo of a stunningly beautiful woman.

for the most part, the lighting on the model is good, though a slight backlight might be good, how it is now her arm and neck are very flat.
The yellow on the lamp is a spot color that draws a lot of attention, personly I would either change its color or remove it.
Motion blur on the hands isn't good try to keep that to a minimum.
It sorta looks as though she is dancing, and to go with that theme a pose where her hands were above her head might work well...
I see some overexposure going on, try to keep that to a minimum it tends to look unnatural and pulls you out of the scene.
A little bit of hair in her face might be cute... just a few strands from her fringe...

I admire the model's dedicated gaze downward. She appears confident in herself as sensual being, unafraid of judgement. She has embraced the idea of romance and carnal pleasures of the hotel. I see that there are books involved in this photograph. That has peeked my interest. Thank you for sharing!

The game is made by Abbey Games, the same group who made Reus and Renowned explorers. The game is about exactly what it sounds like: You play as a god, and are allowed to create just about any type of religion you want. There are several opposite paths available, such as war and peace or lust and chastity. It will also be possible to send your disciples to engage in battles of faith against servants of the other gods to prove your superiority.
