Regarding her weight:
I think that most European girls are in better shape than most American girls. And anyone that tries alleging an eating disorder based on her appearance in this image is American. I hate to generalize but it's more than likely true. Europeans realize this and therefore are able to acknowledge here beauty. I am one of those people.
Anyway, that's that.
