Wonderful overall composition and lighting. Contrast is excellent against both the white sheets and the darker curtains. SO much better than the overused all-white bedroom sets that many other photographers use. This image is really very close to perfect but I'm going to cal out two things.
First, although the model's expression is wonderful, she is not looking at the camera. She is looking slightly below it. (rotate the image if you can't tell.) Her eyes are very hard to see because they are in shadow, but I don't think your goal was for her to be looking at the observers crotch, was it? Nothing is more powerful than a direct gaze. This shot with a clear and direct gaze from this model would raise the pulse of any man.
The second thing is about medium or low light technique...and maybe about the experience of the model. Her otherwise beautiful legs are blurry....because she is moving them! You, as the photographer, need to make sure that you develop a rhythm with the model. She moves, she pauses, you shoot, she moves, she pauses, you shoot. It is a dance and you are in the lead. You can direct her in any way you want, but there is always a 1-2-3 step. Move, pause, shoot.
Is this the same model (Martha)? She has a totally different look in these bedroom shots. Excellent job to both of you!

I had the same thought, I think it's the angle of her head, the lack of movement compared to the legs, and mostly the eyes which seem stare at something we can't see.
