I was trying to figure out how this American Red Squirrel was getting to the birdfeeder. I hung it from a long string far out on a branch of a tree. I also added a 'cover' so he could not climb down the string from the top. While this photo is not the best and the background is very bright, here is how he gets to the birdfeeder..... He sure is …. the birdfeeder is at least 8 feet from the ground.
