KFC fast food restaurants are known for their delicious chicken nibblets, fingers, wings, drumsticks, and breasts. However KFC suppliers are also known forcramming chickens into huge waste filled factories. These factories are known for drugging their chickens with steriods and antibiotics to make the chickens grow faster. The faster the chicken grows, the faster they can stuff them down some fat man's throat. However the process of killing, cooking, and serving these chickens to customers is very horrifying.Upon reaching the prime age of slaughter, (Ya know, the age they can feed them to you.) chickens are *cough*chased*cough* taken from the factory to the slaughter house.
These slaughter houses are known for hanging their chickens upside-down, entirely conscious, on an assembly/slaughter line where they are brought around to meet the man who slits their throats ([link] ) , and prompty sends them on their way to have their feathers burnt off in tanks of scalding-hot water (often while they are still conscious).
KFC’s own animal welfare advisors have asked the company to take steps to eliminate these abuses, but KFC refuses to do so. Many advisors have now resigned in frustration.

You didnt agree with me. In generality, it wasn't a supportive statement directed my way. In fact, it was a statement that was parallel to the deviation. The deviation was something I was opposing. Therefore, in a light manner you were opposing my statement. You went out of your way to tell me that I should not state my irritation by not viewing the source of said irritation, when you could have instead only left a comment to the member.
Ergo,
We go out of our way to give our opinions, and in this case, yours was opposite mine.

man I don't get it. Why are so many American companies killing animals like that?
In Lefkada, Greece we do slaughter animals, but we do it in a very different way. First, the animals are in big fields and they are happy, I see them all of the time. The only fences around are those that block the animals way to a road so they won't get run over by cars. Then when it's time for slaughtering, the butchers quickly chop off their heads so they don't feel a thing THEN they clean up their insides and stuff. When I by food over there nothing is factory processed, everything is fresh.
Why can't other countries like America do that also?
KFC doesn't taste that good either in my opinion.

KFC kills millions of chickens a month, a normal company that raised chickens humanely would have a hard time producing one million chickens in 5 years. Its all about quantity. Around here in this small town I live in, everything is raised and killed fresh on meadows of green, healthy grass.

I don't care for KFC, but I do like fried chicken. So, am I to understand that you're labeling me as a monster for eating chicken and further endorsing the slaughter (and subsequent birth) of millions of chickens a year? Does it make me a bad person for eating animal meat, just as billions of people before me?

I don't recall using the word MONSTER at all during this deviation/writing. I don't even think I mentioned the people who eat the chickens did I? Eat em up, salivate, digest, shit it all out. I don't care.
Its human nature to live off other creatures. I LOVE FRIED CHICKEN!!! I just can't eat KFC chicken, because it disgusts me at how unclean the chickens are, and their stone age methods are beginning to raise controversy with the USDA.

I have been absolutely repulsed by KFC for the past two years this image does an amazing job exposing KFC for what it really is. I'm not a PETA freak either, but I am a vegetarian, and I refused to eat anything from KFC. Great piece of work! It would be entirely (well to some degree) if they were humane (but I don't know exactly to what extent one can call murder humane...) it might be a different story.

Regardless of the messege I love the style. Back in the seventies I believe one of the more famous underground comics artists did a full page KFC Ad mock up of Cornel Sanders being mutilated by a gang of chickens. I haven't regularly ate KFC in over 5 years the food always made me sick. Guess where I live... Louisville Kentucky.
I know critism is appreciated but, your piece is above the scope of my artistic knowledge. I was hopefully maybe you could tell me what steps you took to do the splashes?

Kinda dissapointing, I didn't do them myself. I used another image as a layer in photoshop for the blood. However I had to seperate the background from the actual drawing of the KFC man because I didn't want the blood on the background, just on him.

in the original movie the guy that gets picked up in the van talks about the slaughter house being shut down that leatherface worked at. but I don't think they ever really confirmed if he was a killer before that point. Being made fun of put great strain on him and losing his job that he loved to do oh so much... well after that he couldn't take it!
