While the figure is a bit slim, the face and head strongly suggest an anthro-bunny Sammo Hung. All the grew hair that suggest maturity contributes.

Sammo Hung is The Fat Dragon. A hefty and very-skilled Chop-Socky star, contemporary with Jackie Chan. He's not as fast as he used to be, and now he credits more as an action choreographer. I just see a lot of him in Snare's face as you've drawn him.

Wow... this looks really cool, Phraggs! Bet you anything that Tennessee Kid Cooper could make friends with him since he has a gun and a holster, but I don't know how he'd react to meeting a wild Western raccoon... why is one of his nostrils bigger than the other one? Just wondering.
