I can't decide between "Judgement", because it could look as if the floaters on the left are judging the floater in the foreground, or "Sub-committee" because the floater in the foreground is addressing the others.

I like this! The colors are gorgeous together.

Apo 7 is someone's personal project I think. Search it in deviantart. It is publicly available.

uf5 means Ultra Fractal 5. It is another fractal rendering program. I used it to frame this fractal. UF5 has lots of usefull image editing capabilites as well.

Just in case you were wondering, the base shape is actually Glynnsym. The Julian is just bordering the base shape.
