Doesn't say in the wikia but I see your point. The english dub put a two year boost in Kaiba's age. He's actually 16 in the original series. Cause he was adopted at age of 10 (around the same time Noah died, 10).

"Niisama" is a more formal, respectful Japanese term for an older brother. Mokuba often addresses Seto in this way while Al uses the less formal, more familiar "Niisan"!
