Description
Esther, the main character from a novel I'm currently working on. She's watching the sunrise from her father's caravan, in the bed she grew up in.

Edit: Added Peter's part. He is the second protagonist of said novel, and is playing an instrument inspired by the Tonkori.
I'm quite proud of these illustrations because they really show the mood I wanted to convey. Peter and Esther are in different places when the story begin, and yet, they also have a lot in common.

(I used stock images for the carpet patterns and the fire.)
