Kacy is now sitting in one of the "Last call" Waiting rooms, the antiquated pink Phone will give her her ultimate call. What's boterhing Kacy, it's why it take her so long. 21 Yeah she must be 21.She can drive a car with 16, buy a gun with 18, but to decide to die, it take her to be 21? M-urika land of the Fuck you!
