She is watching the musical. Marypuff's idea was to have Kim's cheerleading squad as her sisters, and Monique as the new newcoming mermaid that has no relation to them whatsover, but to be visiting Aquatica

I'm not all that into "The Little Mermaid", however the artwork on the cheersquad (mersquad?) is very nice. My eyes keep getting drawn to KP, her expression seems especially radiant.
