Did you use a blurring effect in photoshop (or something like it) or just a really shallow depth of field? Either way, I like the dream like effect.

All I really did here was put a layer of light pink over the photo, erased areas with her face so her skin wouldn't be pink, and then used a lens blur on the areas that were not erased

I'm still working out Photoshop. Me and technology don't generally mix, give me analog any day.
