All of my villains are created on the notion that nobody actually thinks they're the bad guy. At first glance, it would seem that Neera breaks that mold, as she behaves as though she's evil for evil's sake, but remember where the Drow are raised. She was raised to value power, control, and to believe that she was superior to all others. Neera seeks the ultimate power and control. She has a twin sister named Lyndra.She is yet to be drawn.
