After what felt like ages I wanted to do a watercolor again
I love Bonsais and anything related to Japanese Gardening and painting nature is always great! Even if the subject is not exactly natural

I didn't use any reference for this, merely browsed dA and google for inspiration.

Simple and pure. I think that describes the layout the best.
Looking at my color box… dirty and wacky is more precise

I spent far more time on photographing and retouching this upload than on the actual painting If anybody has awesme tips on how to take good pictures of painting… GIEF! I already used 2 desk lamps for lighting and some random tinfoil
