This is one of my favourites in the Contrast contest and will surely be in my top 3. I'm rather fond of taking guitar pictures myself, so I was drawn to this right away.

it's so cute. 
we call them "lagartijas". when i was a kid, my grandma's house used to be full of them and i spent my afternoons trying to catch as many as i could to play with them. they tickle when they walk on your skin

The pose and composition are perfect! This has a real "balance" to it. The colour is warm and makes the instrument stand out. A really remarkable piece!

Very nice, good composition too. I might recommend, if you do any more like this shot, getting just a little more of the body of the guitar in, so you can see into the empty space behind the strings. Gorgeous photo, and I like the concept of the guitar string being a metaphor for you.

....are you familiar with the concept of "sympathetic vibrations"...?
where, if you place two violins, one facing the other... and pluck a string on one of them... the other will begin to vibrate in unison simply from the sound waves of the other.
there are times when i experience your work, ...when i hear the string within your heart that is plucked... and instantly it begins to resonate within my own body.

The combination of colors and black and white really works in this shot. The tattoo I find a little distracting, otherwise a great photo.
