Yes I can also turn into pikachu as well and here I'm in my Naruto outfit. It's been a while before I've shown my pika form (I can also turn into raichu) so now was a good time to draw it. I may do one in my more realistic style too if I feel like it. I made the background myself but I think it came out looking a little weird here.Pikachu and Naruto belong to their respective owners.

try neji in luxray form i mean, the description is perfect, luxrays eyes are like X rays like nejis. and it can know leer, which lowers defense. and nejis byakugan lowers your defense bacause he can see throught you
