ya know if ya apply a select in a sphere shape to the background and "liguify" it instead of a distort, it makes the subjetcs with look more in a bubble? then soft light one layer and play with the second and third if needed......

see when ya make the circle selection on a clean layer, render clouds in it then do the rest. Forgot to say that. Gives a better "bubble" The piece in my scraps is a version....theres others i cant think......
