I did this one yesterday. Colored it all in water colored pencils. This is one of those rare occasions when I say to myself 'To HELL with the background!" I really like how this one came out.(Zim, Gaz)~Jhonen Vasquez

I went on a wiki dig last night after revisiting my old Invader Zim fanness and came across something surprising. What I found could have been a joke, but it implies that this image you've drawn up might be close to intended canon. I'll provide the link and an excerpt from it.

I don't think he blushed at all in the show, I've just seen him blush blue in other fan pictures.
(Also the blush in this picture is the only thing digital in the entire piece.)
