This move fires 3 electric projectiles in a row. I can get an Ultra every round, teleport at will, get 13 hit (Killer) combos easily, do both No Mercies, and his Humiliation.

I'm a beast with Fulgore. Glacius, Spinal, and Cinder are my other favorites.
