I'm not exactly sure why.
But with the way this picture has been drawn, and the way the titled is worded..
This is how I read the story: A man and a woman are in love, and a couple of unfortunate events happen, and now he's sitting there by himself.
I'm not sure why I read it that way, but I do.
And it's so vague and mysterious to me and that makes me love it.

Glad to see someone has an eye for deeper meanings, not to say that I doubt others do ha.
The drawing is what it is, but the feelings in it are far more.
My mind titled it "unfortunate". However, my heart would name it "regretful".
