The Molotov Cocktail is the next best thing to a hand grenade, only way less expensive but more tedious. It comes with the obvious drawbacks such as not being able to wield many at once-- as you kinda have to keep making them to have one, plus they're pretty dangerous to hold. Felipe is only able to obtain one at most before trying to make another some other day. So yes that means his weapon can [basically] be used once per battle only.

However as inconvenient it is to make the damn thing as well as have one pre-prepared [" and here's one i prepared earlier " just like in a cooking show. Felipes afternoon cocktail TV show sounds pretty wicked actually. Time for showbiz not war ///NO] this weapon has major pros to balance the pretty obvious cons.
The Molotov Cocktail uses a fuel, so gas or alcohol [ any kind of highly flammable liquid ] , and with a cloth for a wick inside a bottle is set alight and tossed at a target of choice.

It is pretty deadly in the fact that it involves shattered glass, escaped hot fuel [ once the fuel is broken from the bottle the flame could spread across it ], and deadly alcohol fueled flame. Felipes perception means that he has a pretty good aim most of the time with this thing, so really its best to just hope he trips over [ thanks luck ] or pray you have enough time to run away if you're ever impacted by one of these, I guarantee its going to ruin your afternoon of me time.

His mother and father had been members of the Goodneighbour Mafia gang ‘Triggerman’ for a very long time; very loyal and valuable members at that. Felipe was too young of course to ever remember his mother, and also to this day does not remember his father too much either [due to losing him when he was 5 years old ].

Unfortunately Felipe’s father had suffered from increasing depression ever since the death of his wife, and during the mission he was assigned on to smuggle illegal chems into Diamond city, he managed to survive but instead snuck away and committed suicide.

Fortunately for Felipe, traditional triggerman law stated that; ‘should the child of the murdered associate be left with neither of both parent, the child will be forced into the gang and trained into and adapt to mafia rule and circumstances’.
Felipe was not alone however and was accompanied with two other children who had lost both parents on that same mission; Jun and Emma.

Felipe was a troublemaker since very young, his Dad never had any enforcement on him when he was very young since he was too tired to care, so Felipe was left to run wild however he pleased. This caused him to probably be a terrible influence on the other two ( sorry ), Since day one he was pulling them around and getting them into all sorts of trouble,
from minor naughty misbehaving trouble.

To major trouble.

Once he was finally old enough to go on his own missions he loved it way too much, it made him feel important, like he could do anything! One mission went a little downhill however, the trio were sent on a delivery in exchange for a large sum of money. Of course being geniuses at the time they decided it was best to gamble off the money in hopes to duplicate the amount of money and receive that praise and extra money Felipe was ever so hungry for.
While it was all out of good intention they got in a whole lot of trouble when they ended up losing every single cent of the mission money instead.

After this event the mafia were pretty pissed and lost a lot of trust in the three, so they enforced a guardian to follow them on their missions from that day on and report back the amount of money they received until they would pay back the lost sum.
Naturally this was tiring and the amount of restriction of freedom made them all feel uncomfortable, especially Felipe. The only way out was to kill the guardian and escape the mafia once and forall and take what money they earned being babied around.

And of course they did just that.

The trio ran away to The Primm to enjoy themselves and bask in their money and freedom. Finally free from the shackles of the mafia, guardians, and god damn training. It felt good.
Unfortunately this was not their new home and the three knew they would have to continue to be on the run from the mafia since they would eventually find them and punish them. Severely.

In response to this the three eventually heard about the faction in the divide, Venatores Noctis. In desperation from defense against their mafia issues, they quickly decided that they should join this faction.
