off topic: i think im gonna submit those fractals with dominant filter to fractal manips and with not that relevant filters in raw fractals (need to find some way of determining it xD)on topic : was inspired to make a plastic again by the DD of today
why the cartoon filter? not only for the looks
gives me space to talk about fractal heroes ^^. now lots of fractalists know the heroes of the past. though i want you to search for the heroes of tomorrow. who is it gonna be? keep your eyes open and get inspired by the heroes of tomorrow (even when they are not well known by the "world"). and when you can't make the statement only with the art use the description of it to clearify

I like the divided (cartoon) format. Hope you aren't going to say PS - what did you do that with?

menu special is menu special
in gimp there is an option to put filters on a layer such as cartoonish /cloth / impressionist. stuff like that
so no PS + gimp is free
